Sea Moss Uses
SMOOTHIE: Add 1-3 tablespoons of sea moss into the smoothie when preparing
HERBAL TEA: Add 1/2 tablespoon of sea moss gel to tea and stir until it dissolves, sweetened with 100 % agave or dates.
SOUPS: Add 2 tablespoons of sea moss get to soup until it dissolves
Face Mask: Clean face and apply a small amount of sea moss gel to your entire face, allow the gel to dry (harden) for 15-20 minutes. Rinse off completely with water.
